Position Overview:

The Interior Architect will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing interior spaces that reflect our clients’ needs, preferences, and aspirations. This role requires a combination of creative flair, technical proficiency, and strong project management skills. The successful candidate will collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop innovative and functional interior design concepts for residential, commercial, and office spaces, tailored to the specific requirements of each project.

- Conduct thorough site assessments and client consultations to gather insights on preferences, needs, and project scope.

- Create detailed design plans, including spatial layouts, material selections, color schemes, and lighting designs, using advanced design software and tools.

- Prepare and present design proposals, including visualizations, renderings, and mood boards, to clients and stakeholders for approval.

- Collaborate closely with engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure design intent is maintained throughout the construction process.

- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring that all phases of the project are executed efficiently and effectively.

- Stay abreast of industry trends, materials, and technologies to continuously enhance design offerings and solutions.

- Ensure compliance with local building codes, accessibility standards, and safety regulations throughout all design and implementation phases.

- Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients post-completion, addressing any concerns and ensuring satisfaction with the final result.

- Mentor junior designers and contribute to a collaborative team environment that fosters creativity and professional growth.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.

- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in interior architecture, with a proven track record of successfully completed projects across residential, commercial, and office sectors.

- Proficiency in design software including AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant tools.

- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and best practices within the interior design industry.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly and effectively.

- Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of completed projects and demonstrating a high level of creativity and design excellence.

- Professional certification is a plus.
