Position Overview:

The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the financial part of the organization. This role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including bookkeeping, accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of financial principles and practices, along with strong analytical skills and attention to detail. The Finance Manager will work closely with various departments to ensure that financial strategies align with the company's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities.

- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, reports, and forecasts in compliance with applicable standards and regulations.

- Develop, implement, and manage financial policies and procedures to ensure effective financial management and operational efficiency.

- Monitor and analyze financial performance against budgeted targets, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

- Provide financial analysis and support for strategic decision-making, including capital investments, cost control measures, and resource allocation.

- Collaborate with senior management to develop long-term financial strategies and plans that align with organizational objectives.

- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure the organization's financial practices remain current and effective.

- Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is preferred.

- A minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, with a proven track record in a managerial or leadership role.

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting processes, as well as proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and make informed decisions.

- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, with a commitment to maintaining high standards in financial reporting.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- A proactive and strategic mindset, with a focus on driving financial performance and operational efficiency.
